THE REALITY

Women are often the ones quietly building new economies, reimagining institutions, and holding communities together. Yet too often they are doing so within systems that leave them unseen, under-resourced, and burned out in the process.

More than one billion people worldwide are living with a mental health concern and women are impacted at significantly higher rates. One in five women live with a mental health diagnosis. One in three will experience major depression in her lifetime. Women are twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with anxiety.

Yet nearly one in three women who need mental health care never receive it. Cost, time, and systems not designed to sustain them are growing barriers.

Saintwell Inc. exists to close that gap.

THE FUND

Saintwell Inc. provides women with direct financial relief across three interconnected areas of need:

  • Therapy Access: Direct financial support to access mental health and therapeutic care.

  • Caregiving Relief: Financial support for women stepping away from work to care for a child, parent, or loved one.

  • Stabilization Support: Bridge funding during periods of financial crisis that directly impact mental health and well-being.

Saintwell exists at the intersection of inner life and outer work.

The personal work of transformation for women leaders is offered through our sister company, Saintwell LLC, a leadership wellness house created specifically for women daring to build lives and organizations beyond the dominant narrative.

Together, the two are in service to what matters most: to honor and support the human spirit and conversations that are quietly shaping how we live, work, and lead.
